LEAP
LEAP (Learn, Excel and Accelerate at Providence) – a specialized internship program, is meant to take new campus interns through a well-structured program and get an opportunity to experience Providence closely, be part of our culture, interact with leaders and can get ready to join us post completion of their studies. The program helps interns assimilate into the organization way before they are ready to be onboarded as FTEs.
PEAK
PEAK (Pursuing Excellence and Knowledge) is an extensive onboarding campus hire program designed to empower young caregivers as they begin their journey with Providence India. PEAK gears caregivers for smooth campus to corporate transitions, and arms them with a variety of technical and functional skills, delivered through a combination of training, leadership talks and social connects.
LEADERSHIP CONNECTS & MENTORSHIP
At Providence India, we not only have an open-door policy, but also regular leadership connects and coffee chats where caregivers can interact with leaders in an informal setting, get to know their journeys and feel inspired with their success stories and lessons. Registration

Assessment
